1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Effortless Social Media ("the Service"), operated by Zero Touch AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Effortless Social Media is an AI-powered social media content automation platform. We discover trending content, generate on-brand posts, and publish them across your connected social media accounts based on your approval decisions. The Service includes a two-button approval dashboard, analytics, AI image generation prompts, and supporting automation tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information including your name, email address, and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
- New accounts receive a 15-day free trial. No payment is collected until the trial ends.
- After the trial, the Service is billed at the monthly rate displayed on our Pricing page at the time of subscription. Additional services are available at separate rates as listed on the Pricing page.
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your brand information, uploaded materials, and approved content. By using the Service, you grant Zero Touch AI a limited licence to process and publish that content on your behalf as directed by your approval decisions. AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided to you for your use and modification.
7. Social Media Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.). Zero Touch AI is not liable for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by those platforms.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages , or force majeure events may affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Touch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Zero Touch AI in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
